Rasons Legal and Pen Hill Advisors Enter into a Strategic Partnership
Rasons Legal has entered into a framework cooperation agreement with Cyprus-based advisory firm Pen Hill Advisors, expanding the international support available to our clients.
The partnership is designed to provide Ukrainian businesses, entrepreneurs and investors with coordinated legal and advisory support when establishing, investing or operating internationally, with a particular focus on Cyprus and the European Union.
Under the cooperation framework, Rasons Legal will provide legal support on matters relating to Ukrainian law, while Pen Hill Advisors will support clients in Cyprus and other relevant jurisdictions within its areas of expertise.
The cooperation will cover, among other areas, company formation and corporate structuring, international business expansion, investment projects, corporate and regulatory matters, banking solutions, business relocation and other cross-border projects.
Pen Hill Advisors is an independent Cyprus-based advisory firm providing services in corporate structuring, legal and compliance matters, AML, financial and operational advisory, and international business support.
For Rasons Legal clients, this partnership creates a more integrated route for implementing cross-border projects, from legal matters in Ukraine to establishing and developing business operations in Cyprus and other international markets.
The partnership is another step in Rasons Legal’s strategy to help Ukrainian businesses and investors diversify internationally, enter new markets, structure investments and establish sustainable business operations within the European Union.
